If a proof is provided, production will not begin until the customer approves the proof.
Any delays in approving proofs may result in delays to production and delivery timelines.
6. Orders and Production
All products are custom made to order. Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed and generally within a few hours of purchase.
Orders may be canceled only before production has begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
Inkworthy reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
8. Printing and Color Variations
Customers acknowledge that printed products may differ slightly from digital previews due to variations in monitor calibration, printing processes, materials, and lighting conditions. Such differences are normal and do not constitute defects.
9. Premium Foil Products
Foil-enhanced products may display slight variations in appearance depending on viewing angle, lighting conditions, material characteristics, and production tolerances. Minor variations are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
10. Frames
Frames are optional and available for an additional charge. While Inkworthy takes reasonable care in packaging framed products, damage may occur during transit.
Claims regarding damaged frames must be submitted in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Inkworthy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, acts of government, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
12. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom made, orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exceptions may apply for products damaged during shipping, manufacturing defects, or incorrect products produced by Inkworthy.
Additional details are available in our Return & Exchange Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkworthy’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any order, product, or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
